If you are worried about your symptoms of fatigue, or need help from someone, please contact your general practitioner or family doctor.
The fatigue research study is not a crisis or counselling service.

The fatigue study aims to explore living with fatigue and a chronic illness. It should take no longer than 15 minutes to complete. Your contribution will help us to better understand fatigue and chronic illness.

Any data submitted will remain confidential and will not be viewable on the website, data will be securely stored and deleted after 5 years. Your e-mail address cannot be traced, the form is submitted anonymously. A summary of results will be posted to this website upon conclusion of the study in October 2007.
